C&C Connect

Mission Statement

The College & Career (C&C) Connect ministry of Heritage Baptist Church exists to help young adults become exposed to, experience and express Christ, His kingdom and the purposes of His church (worship, evangelism, discipleship, fellowship and ministry).

What is C&C Connect?

C&C Connect is a ministry to involve young adults in God’s family here at HBC. We know that a person connected is a person cared for and safe when difficulty comes and is also able to celebrate the victories of life with others.

We invite young adults to be EXPOSED to the purposes by attending our Connect events on scheduled Saturdays and the regular corporate gatherings on Sundays and Wednesdays. Likewise, young adults are able to EXPERIENCE the purposes by being faithful participants in C&C Connect. Lastly, we want young adults to EXPRESS the purposes in their individual lives.

Jon & Hannah Giegerich lead and facilitate this group.

The Goal of C&C Connect

Our goal in Connect is to help young adults grow in their new stage in life. We Connect because we believe that small group ministry is one of the best ways to grow and mature in our faith. We believe that scripture makes it clear that we grow the most when we are in fellowship with people.

Every second Saturday of the month, we gather from 4-8 p.m. to connect and "grow in the grace and knowledge" of Christ whereby we may "set the believers an example" (2 Pet. 3:18; 1 Tim. 4:12).
